Anecon 2026: What the Financial Industry Can Learn from Increasing Complexity

Standardised Templates for Regulatory Reporting under PRIIP and MiFID II
EPT, CEPT and EMT are standardised templates used in the financial industry to report product and cost data in line with European regulations.
Anevis Solutions offers a fully automated service to produce and distribute these templates.

The EMT template is used to meet the MiFID II requirements (Directive 2014/65/EU) by providing structured data on target markets, costs and distribution. All templates follow the standard of the FinDatEx working group and are essential for EU-wide data exchange.

This includes information about the product, its cost structure, the target market and potential performance. The data must be accurate, consistent and delivered in a way that meets the format rules defined by PRIIP and MiFID II regulations.

We begin with a consulting phase, verify your data, and build custom interfaces based on your setup. Your data is processed securely in a client-specific data warehouse on European, DORA-compliant servers. Our system calculates all required values automatically and delivers the templates on a daily or custom schedule. You receive ongoing support, a dedicated contact person and access to a web app to manage selected content independently.

By combining the automated KID production with standardised data delivery, you cover both investor-facing documents and the machine-readable formats required by distribution platforms. Within the Risk & Compliance Suite, our Transaction Cost Calculation integrates seamlessly into the EPT, ensuring that cost data is fully transparent. Beyond regulation, the validated data can also be reused in the Marketing Suite, for example to enrich Factsheets or Website Widgets, creating one consistent source of truth across compliance, sales and investor communication.
