Outsourcing solutions for generation and distribution of regulatory reporting documents

Anevis Solutions supports you with the implementation of EU regulation No. 1286/2014, which took effect on the 3rd of January, 2018, and serves the purpose of improving the transparency and functionality of financial markets.

The EU- regulation includes the creation of a Key Information Document (KID), which is to be made for Packaged Retail and Insurance-based Investment Products (PRIIPs). We take care of the creation, publication and distribution of your KIDs for PRIIPs as well as all datafiles common on the market such as EPT (European PRIIPs Template) and CEPT (Comfort European PRIIPs Template).

MiFiD II, which demands additional information regarding costs and distribution of investment funds, took effect simultaneously with EU- regulation Nr. 1286/2014. To transfer this data the European MiFiD Template (EMT) is used.

The basis for UCITS KIIDS is the UCITS-IV regulation 2009/65/EG (undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities) of the European Union.

It demands the creation of a Key Investor Information Document (KIID), which must be made available to investors. Anevis Solutions takes on the creation, publication and distribution of your UCITS KIIDs.

On the 1st of january, 2020, a national law from the swiss parliament concerning financial services (FIDLEG) came into effect, which demands a basic information document (BIB).

The content of the document is oriented around the regulations of the European Union (PRIIP, MiFiD II), but with modifications to specific swiss circumstances. The goal is to expand the protection of investors and to create standardised rules of competition. We take on the creation, publication and distribution of your FIDLEG BIBs.

In November 2019, Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 on sustainability-related disclosure requirements in the financial services sector was issued.

The SFDR specifies that financial firms must disclose to clients the extent to which sustainability factors are incorporated into the decision-making process for their financial products and what the adverse sustainability impacts of their financial products are (PAI Statements – Principal Adverse Impact Statements). We create SFDR reporting, PAI statements as well as the EET (European ESG Template) according to the individualization requirements of our clients.
